Developer Techland has announced a collaboration with Skybound to bring content related to The Walking Dead comic series to its open-world zombie-killing game Dying Light 2 Stay Human. While no details about the crossover have been revealed, the studio made the announcement over Twitter.
The announcement does make it clear, however, that rather than crossing over with the TV adaptation of The Walking Dead, Techland is instead teaming up with Robert Kirkman and Tony Moore, who made the original comics that the TV show is based on.
The announcement features art drawn in the style of the comics, with Dying Light 2 Stay Human‘s Vincenzo standing over a grave.
Dying Light 2 Stay Human has been seeing quite a bit of content added to the game since its release last year. Most recently, the game got its Good Night, Good Luck update, which brought with it darker nights as well as additional difficulty in the form of roaming Volatiles.
Dying Light 2 Stay Human is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
