Sony has released a new update for the PS5, adding Accessibility Tags to the system’s online store. Detailed on the PlayStation Blog, Accessibility Tags allow game developers to provide in-depth details to players about the kinds of accessibility options that can be found in games. Players can access these details by hitting triangle on a selected game’s PlayStation Store page.

The update brings more than 50 Accessibility Tags that game developers can showcase to make buying games easier for players that need various accessibility options. The tags are divided between six distinct categories: Visual, Audio, Subtitle and caption, Control, Gameplay, and Online communication.

While the feature is now available on the PlayStation Store, not every game will have Accessibility Tags just yet. At launch, a range of first-party PlayStation games will sport the tags, including Days Gone, Death Stranding Director’s Cut, Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut, God of War, God of War Ragnarok, Gran Turismo 7, Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered, Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, and Returnal.

The feature is currently being rolled out, and Sony has stated that it is working with developers to add Accessibility Tags to more games on the PlayStation Store.
