Luminous Productions’ Forspoken is only a week from release, and we caught a glimpse of the opening minutes in a new livestream. If you’re still on the fence, an update has been released for the PS5 demo, addressing several issues.
As director Takeshi Aramaki revealed in a new update on Twitter, a button mapping function is now available, which should allow for customizing the control scheme per one’s preference. Some text sizes have also been adjusted, and various technical issues have also been fixed. One positive change is that locked-on enemies which move off-screen will remain locked on for longer instead of suddenly breaking off.
There’s no confirmation on whether HDR is fixed in the demo – it may only apply for the full version of the game. Forspoken launches on January 24th for PS5 and PC. For more details on the PC requirements, which include a whopping 150 GB of install space, head here.
